When I took up my position at Mövenpick Weinkeller Shoppyland, it was initially a challenge to switch from gastronomy to the wine distribution business. In 2023, I completed my training as a design educator with flying colors. I currently work as a wine consultant at Mövenpick Wein Shoppyland.
One day, when a customer walked into our store to exchange tap wine, a brilliant idea popped into my head:
"Why are we throwing away a tap wine?"
"Why don't we give the wine
wine a new life?"
I remembered the time in gastronomy when I left stains on the tablecloths when pouring and asked myself: "I left a lot of stains on the tablecloths, why not on paper?"
