FAQ
You can cancel your ticket up to 48 hours before the booked date and receive a voucher for the value of your booking, which you can use to book a new heycreate painting event. Simply contact us at hello@heycreate.ch.
A heycreate painting event lasts 120 to 150 minutes and you will be guided step by step by our artist so that you can take home a wonderful painting at the end.
heycreate painting events always take place in bars or restaurants. We're not in art class at school: grab a delicious drink or some finger food at the venue's regular prices.
A heycreate painting event usually has between 6 and 25 participants. The actual group size varies depending on the location.
If your heycreate paintevent still says 'location pending', then your paintevent will take place in the city you selected. We will send the venue to the email address you used when booking at least 48 hours before the event.
